This app is worse than the DMV. I tried to make an account, and it asks for my birthdate. The only way to enter my birthdate is to use the calendar selector and go back 25 years month by month. There is no way to select a year or to type it in manually. Then, once I finally get to my birthday and finish the first page of the application, I click the enter button and the app crashes. Whoever made this app is less intelligent than the average pigeon.

Installed on new phone and try to open but just takes me to a blank white page. I click contact us and the page freezes. The online portal to submit claims won't open either 🙄

Fill out the paperwork and send through e-mail. App is a headache, they will ask for things you've already given them. Do not recommend. Your username is random numbers, which is inconvenient, and you are unable to change it. Serious waste of time.

This app worked fine before, now it says it's not installed.....I uninstall and reinstall and even restart phone...nothing seems to work. Is there another app I'm able to download?

Literally went to use app to submit claims after doing this for years.. now it says app is not installed! Fails to open, deleted and tried again, still not working! Most frustrating insurance company to deal with by far!!!

New with RWAM but is not good . Few days open app perfectly but now just RWAM logo open but no any details on app for benefits. Bad experience 😪

When they updated the app, all credential were lost, ok, it can be retrieved, but to select your date of birth, you have to go thru years, month by month and it doesn't keep the selected date!!
